Agree the basics
Approved applicants review the agreement in their Partner Area, then follow Trefna’s manual payout process. Training and product material are available there too.
Introduce Trefna
Use your own leads and relationships to make genuine, suitable introductions. There is no prospect list supplied by Trefna.
Track paid subscriptions
Your partner area will show the customers connected to you and the status of their subscriptions.
Receive commission
Commission is earned only after the customer’s subscription payment has been received and settled.

Professional standards
The programme is built on good introductions, not pressure.
Partners must not
- Use spam, aggressive selling or repeated unwanted contact.
- Mislead people, make promises on Trefna’s behalf or misrepresent pricing.
- Claim to be a Trefna employee or have authority they have not been given.
- Share confidential information or use customer data outside the agreed purpose.
Commission is only earned when
- The customer is properly connected to the partner’s introduction.
- A subscription payment has been successfully received and settled.
- The payment has not been refunded, disputed or reversed.
- The customer continues to hold an active paid subscription.
The full Partner Agreement sets out the binding terms, including conduct, attribution, commission payments, privacy and termination. It must be accepted before a partner starts referring customers.
